Terms
A clearer way to get matched.
StoneMatch helps customers identify suitable stone and suppliers. Your final purchase and installation agreement is made with the supplier you choose.
Service terms
What StoneMatch does
StoneMatch reviews information supplied by customers and may identify materials and independent suppliers that appear suitable for the stated project, location, budget and timescale. We may also assist with comparing options and commercial discussions.
Your supplier contract
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, StoneMatch is not the fabricator, installer or seller of the worktop. Any quotation, survey, template, manufacture, installation, warranty and payment arrangement for the worktop is between you and the supplier you select.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and for checking the supplier's final specification, quotation and terms before placing an order.
Supplier selection
We aim to introduce reputable and suitable suppliers, but customers should satisfy themselves that their chosen supplier and product meet their requirements before entering into a contract.
Fees and commercial relationships
StoneMatch may receive a fee from a supplier when a referred project proceeds. This does not increase the customer's obligation to StoneMatch unless a separate customer fee has been expressly agreed in advance.
These launch-stage terms should receive UK legal review before production use, particularly once the exact referral-fee, complaints and supplier-vetting processes are finalised.
